Diet , Rest , and Exercise .

I try to have a balanced diet. Salads, vegetables, and meat ( chicken ). It's important to have a good night's sleep and to avoid stress. I find that exercising helps me with stress and it gives me a boost of energy. I try to have a positive outlook in life and I always hope for the best, but sometimes for the worst. I hope everyone is well , thank you.

  1. Hi . Thank you for sharing what has helped you. There is a lot to be said for developing a healthy diet and exercise routine. Our patient leader Robert wrote here about how HIV changed how he thinks about diet and what he eats: https://h-i-v.net/living/eating-healthy and Heather Renee here on healthy living: https://h-i-v.net/living/eating-healthy. Do you have a particular go to exercise routine? Wishing you continued health. Best, Richard (Team Member)
