A Healthy Story: HIV Diagnosis
As 2022 is upon us, I have been reflecting on the fact that my HIV diagnosis is a healthy story; as well as everyone's HIV diagnosis. Our stories give others insight into optimizing one's physical and mental health. HIV has given each of us a healthy purpose.

While coming terms with being HIV positive, especially as a bisexual man, I knew this would only magnify any stigma I would already endure; living with this chronic condition.
Yet, this gave me the opportunity to be mentally and emotionally stronger and healthier than I had ever been before; while also finding personal healing. Physically I take care of my health diligently. A healthy body and mind. A personal and individual motto or slogan I live by being HIV positive: " James Cotromanes. Positively a healthy body and mind" In the end, a healthy purpose.How awesome,
