I have been living in a dangerous neighborhood for 12 years. Also I have a bug problem. I am 70 with HIV and would like some peace and safety in my life .

Because I am on section 8 no one is willing to help me with a security deposit so I am stuck here I live in South Carolina where landlords can do whatever they want to do !
