I have been living successfully with the HIV diagnosis for 35 1/2 years. I am 26 1/2 years clean from drugs & cigarettes. I am single and looking for my soulmate. My CD4 cell count is 1800 and my viral load is non-detectable.

I give God all the praise for my life health and strength because He did it...Not me.

Before I started medications, I also participated in several holistic approaches, massage, accupuncture, topical oil body treatments. They kept my body going until ART came along.  Yes you are my special k if you don't mind me saying so. And as far as my food preparation mostly everything I eat is baked boiled or steamed I use a lot of garlic powder, basil, onions and green peppers. I love vegetables such as cabbage and broccoli I steam my vegetables and I don't eat a lot of bread I think the prison life did that to me. They gave us bread with every meal almost a half loaf. Thanks for the talk.

Good day love ❤️ thank you for checking on me. I've been home recuperating from being in a car accident where I was hit by 2 cars 😃 but God brought me through. 😇 I had rotator cuff surgery and I am in mint condition 😁 I have star my new HIV medication shots with Cabenuva 😃. 2 shots once a month no side effects and I love it 🥰🥰🥰 still waiting for my forever husband. I am feeling Wonderful ❤️ my CD4 has climbed to 1675 and viral load is non-existent. This once a month injection is a blessing from not having to take a lot of pills. I changed my diet to more fruit and veggies.. less meat. More God 😇bless fear 😨.. how are you doing today 😃🤩🥰
