ADHD medication and HIV/AIDS

I am told spiritually that those that contain amphetamine strengthen the immune system when sick. Could be because the adrenaline released from these meds activate the immune cells. Immune cells have adrenaline receptors. Of course abuse has negative effects for your health.

Have you any experience with this?

Have posted studies online. Here is one that could be relevant:

"After controlling for confounding factors, the results indicated that influenza risk significantly reduced in the group of ADHD patients who were prescribed methylphenidate for 90 days and more"
