Anxiety w/COVID

The talk about the world "opening back up", and the vaccine side effects have scared me more than before. I know that we cannot live in fear, but what are some tips that is helping with "post"-covid things?

  1. Alafia (Peace) I think you have to do what's best for you. For me, I plan to keep my mask on, I have received the vaccination, I plan not to gather in large groups in a small space. These things we help with my piece of mind. Khafre (Team Member)

    1. My approach has changed drastically but it's still ever relevant. I still avoid large gatherings, and still mask in many close quarter places. I think the times aren't as trying but I still watch closely to how much I wash my hands or touch common areas.

    2. Alafia (Peace) Thank you so much for reaching back out to me. I totally understand where you are coming from. I stay at home most of the time. Unless I am going to the grocery store. Khafre (H-I-V.net Team Member)

  2. Alafia (Peace) I recently got out of the house for a Juneteenth celebration. I felt like I was one of few people who knew that Covid was not over. I was double masks up and cert few others were wearing them. I have to remain steadfast to what I believe will keep me safe. I suggest you do the same. Khafre (H-I-V.net Team Member)
