Can this be HIV ??

The red rash is little bit itchy and comes more or less every day. I have currently 2 on my right arm and 1 right leg down. Mostly max 3-4 of them. They feel more for me like mosquito bites but there are non maybe another insects ? Had In the last time a lot of sex with different woman’s. At first the red rush started few days later I was feeling bad did a corona test and was positive. How does HIV Rash look like ?
