Help please anyone I’m begging for help I think I have hiv and syphilis

I’m so scared guys I know this sounds crazy but I have been sick for years and my immune system hasn’t been good for a long time but it was my neutrophils not my lymphocytes. I have had liver disease and got ebv years ago and my immune system hasn’t been good since. I have been taking bovine colostrum for years But this year i got exposed to hiv and syphilis, ever since then I have gone right down hill big time. I am so worried cos my immune won’t make new antibodies and hasn’t for years. How am I meant to get treatment if I can’t get diagnosed. No doctor will treat me unless my immune makes antibodies 😭 so I’m left to die a painful death suffering with severe immune deficiency. Can anyone please please please sell me some hiv medicine or tell me where I can get help and get treated for both hiv and syphilis. I have all the symptoms it’s torture. I keep catching things soooo easy. I can’t sleep and feels like I have syphilis in my nervous system and brain. If it wasn’t for colostrum I would already be dead by now but even that’s not working well anymore. It used to work great but now it’s like my body is attacking itself when I take it and my body is not able to fight things off as well anymore 😭 please guys anyone can you help me.
