I left my meds out in the sun and them put them in the fridge

Hi . Your concerns about whether you may have damaged your medications due to contraindicated storage is understandable. I need to note that we are not medical professionals and, for your protection, cannot give advice on the continued viability of your medications. There are numerous variables to consider, such as whether the drugs you mentioned are combined as one pill or some other combination of pills, the temperature the drugs reached at either the hot or cold extreme, etc...
