, as I understand you are concerned about sharing drinks and cocaine with a person who is HIV-positive, yet undetectable. Were there any intravenous drugs (needles) also shared? HIV does not live long outside the body (like in the air or on surfaces), with the exception of needle sharing, which does carry a higher risk of transmission - more on that here https://h-i-v.net/life-cycle
First, we'll clarify that HIV is only transmitted through blood, semen, vaginal fluids, precum, and breast milk, and can't be transmitted through saliva or touching. More on that here: https://h-i-v.net/transmission and that when someone has an undetectable viral load, they cannot transmit HIV sexually.
I know it is so scary to feel these symptoms and not know. The only way to truly know is to get tested, which is recommended to be part of our regular health care anyhow. If you are looking for more info on where and what to expect, this may be useful to you: https://h-i-v.net/living/testing-locator
Let us know what you end up doing, and how you're feeling. We can't provide medical advice, but can point you toward information and provide support when you're feeling scared or nervous.
