I'm worried of symptoms

I'm a male and I'm worried of my symptoms.
I have exposed on Jan 15 2023. It was protected vaginal intercourse and unprotected cunnilingus with a sex worker of unknown status.

After 3weeks i got my lymph nodes under my jaw swollen and after 5weeks I fell the swollen lymph often painful and it is spread to the lymph on collar. Also I feel pain around my neck often.
Sometimes I'm experiencing random muscle aches and leg numbness.

This is week 9 and I'm still experiencing painful lymph under my jaw.

I had the following tests negative:
After 9days and 13days and 52days: HIV-1 PCR RNA
After 22days, 31days,35days,on 42nd day - 4th gen antigen/antibody lab test

9th and 22nd and 52 day Chlamydia, Gonorrhoea, Syphilis test
22nd and 35th and 52nd day HBV HBsAg, HCV antibody test

  1. Hello Randy,
I understand you are worried about the symptoms you are having. Have you spoken to a medical professional about these?

I want to let you know that we are not medical professionals, but I hope to provide you with as much information as I possibly can.

Are you familiar with the window period for HIV? (https://h-i-v.net/test-types)
When was your last negative HIV test?

    1. Hello
Last negative test was on 42nd day after exposure using 4th gen test and on 52nd day after exposure using HIV-1RNA PCR test.

      1. Thank you for this information. I understand you have had multiple tests. Have you spoken to a medical professional about the symptoms you are having?

    2. Thank you for your time.
I have spoken with the medical professional and they are saying nothing to worry on this. But I'm worried on the rare strain that become undetectable on all the HIV tests that I did.

      1. I completely understand that this is worrying you. Have your symptoms stopped?

    3. The general physician prescribed me antibiotics for 5days starting day before yesterday, but I still have painful lymph under the jaw.
