I have, and by a national carrier (like a good neighbor, Jake). I already had existing insurance with them, which was unaffected. But when I went to get new insurance 2 years ago, they denied it. Uninsurable, which is a crock. Recent governmental change, however, has changed their policy, and I'm/HIV are now insurable, albeit for much higher rates. So long as the rates aren't higher than any other chronic condition (diabetes, lupus, etc), I'm okay with that. But that remains to be seen. Hope this helps.
