tested on day 25, 4th gen combo, result negative but still worried?
hello all..i had sex back on september 29, then got tested october 24. so 25 days after. it was negative. I am a female. During the sex we used a condom, and he pulled out (with the condom on) before fully cumming but then scared me because he said it was broken and was afraid Precum got in me. he told me he was clean but i am paranoid because he lied bout lots of things. so should i be okay? tested negative at 25 days on 4th gen but freaking out because i’ve had a cough and itchy everywhere

Immediately after a person is infected with HIV, they will not test positive for the virus. This period of time, when an individual has HIV but it cannot be detected on testing, is called the window period.
