Oat breakfast bites recipe ingredients
- 2/3 cup almond butter (or nut-free alternative)
- 1/4 cup of sugar-free syrup
- 2 eggs
- 2 medium bananas, mashed
- 1.5 cups rolled oats
- 3/4 cup of protein powder
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
Cooking instructions
- Preheat the oven to 320 degrees Farhenheit and line a baking tin with parchment paper.
- Mix almond butter, syrup, eggs and bananas in a large bowl until smooth.
- Stir through oats, protein powder and baking powder, adding a little water if mixture is too dry.
- Place mixture in baking tin, smooth over the top and bake for 15 to 20 minutes until edges are golden.
- Cool in tin before cutting into bite-sized pieces. Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
