Minutes With Jah: Being Mindful About What You Post Online

Social media has opened up lines of communication between people and has put information at our fingertips. Unfortunately, some people don't always post information from reputable sources.

Jah says: "There has been so much ignorance and stigma-related post on social media around HIV and AIDS. It's very disheartening because most of these posts come from my friends, family members, and supporters on my social media timeline. I need us all to help stop the stigmatization associated with HIV/AIDS via social media."
