Confused over my results
Hie everyone, after my wife tested positive to HIV, I am stressed and confused because of fear on contracting the virus, I tested 3 times with rapid test and my results came negative and out of fear I bought Acriptega (sp) which I took at 4 days after my last exposure and at 11 days after I read about DNR PCR test window period, I went for PCR at 11 days which means I took PEP for 7 days and took a PCR test and it came negative. My question, does PEP really interfere with my PCR results, I was having unprotected sex with my wife for almost 6 months.
