HIV Risk, worried
Good day Sirs/Ma'am,
Lately I've been going to massage parlors to receive happy endings, I did not have any oral nor penetrative vaginal sex on with the workers, just massage and handjobs.
Currently I'm experiencing symptoms like sore throat, spitting phlegm and chesty coughs, I am really worried and regretful of my actions and I'm refraining myself from going to such places anymore.
Am I at risk of anything? I am really worried and hope to seek advise from you guys.

I wanted to reach out with some information because I know you feel so worried. I know your symptoms are troubling but as you describe (massages and handjobs) it does not sound like there is a transmission fluid (blood, semen, breast milk, vaginal secretions) that is in contact with an open membrane.
