I know that typically a line next to the C is indicative of a negative result and that it takes two lines, with one next to the T for a positive. Various testing sites indicate that if there is only one line and confusion about if you are looking at a negative, you could consider the test invalid and try again, but again only a medical professional can provide the proper diagnostics.
