Accidental cum in mouth, worried about hiv.
I received a small amount of semen when I went down on a guy cum without telling me. I spat instantly but now worried I may have put myself at risk for hiv.
Can anyone help me give advice of wether i need PEP?

I saw a medical team at the A and E and they refused PEP as they didn't consider the exposure risky enough, which I suppose is reassuring but I read that is possible to transmit that way so my mind races. I think I'll be the unlucky one. I wish it had never had oral sex and it puts me off ever doing it againI am glad you got to speak to the medical team. It is understandable that it can get your mind racing, and I'm glad these professionals found it to be low risk.
