Anxiety and Results

In the month of December I had been treated for a possible STI. Which then prompted my primary Dr. to get blood tests done. They took my blood the day before Xmas, and I have yet to hear back. Is this good? Bad? Are they waiting to tell me in person. The anxiety is starting to get to me and I have another week to go before my follow up appointment. Any advice?
Also my last sexual experiment was back in may 2021

  1. Hi, I hope others chime in with any of their thoughts. In the meantime, I responded to your other forum here: https://h-i-v.net/forums/pending-results - Liz (Team Member)

    1. Thankyou so very much! What you’re doing I’m sure can be difficult at times but just know at one point I felt you were all I had. And your personalized messages helped me. Cuídate!

      1. thank you for the kind words. I feel really lucky to work with this community and learn from people living with HIV. As you see, there is a lot of stigma and misinformation regarding HIV that needs to change. I hope you'll help to fight that by sharing what you've learned - https://h-i-v.net/answers/allyship. 2. Alafia (Peace) I suggest you call the office to see if you can get an earlier appointment. It seems like a long time to wait for results from being tested for HIV. Khafre (H-I-V.net Team Member)
