Testing Hiv

Hi, I recently did the Hiv test from biosure, of course I know that this is a third generation test and I have done it 3 months after the risky situation. The test came out negative, but what I have doubts about - whether I did it correctly. I did not disinfect my finger as I found nothing to disinfect in the package. I took a lot of blood from my finger into this vial, and then put it in this container, but only after a dozen or so minutes (maybe even after 10) I felt that I pressed it too weakly into this container. Only when I pressed it all the way did the strip begin to discolor and after a few minutes one line appeared to me, of course I checked the result again after 15 minutes and there was still one line. Is the result false in this case? The blood, of course, had not dried out and was still liquid, but was exposed to oxygen for some time. Sorry for my English, I am from Eastern Europe. In addition, I found a quite similar question and answer on the askexpertnow.com forum - apparently I should not worry about it and believe in the result. Should I retest in this case? This worries me because I have had mouth ulcers for a long time

  1. I'm sorry you're dealing with symptoms like mouth ulcers and that the test wasn't as straightforward as you needed. Have you seen a doctor or dentist about the ulcers? If so, what did they say?
