I had sex with a sex worker with condom and after a week or two I’m developing rashes all over my body.....I’m so scared, could this be hiv

First, it sounds like you are not sure of this person's status. Know that with treatment many people reach an undetectable viral load and cannot transmit HIV sexually (more on that here: https://h-i-v.net/living/uequalsu-prevention-access-campaign ) That being said, it is always a good idea for anyone who is sexually active to be tested regularly.
Forgive me if this is information you already know, but HIV can be transmitted through five bodily fluids including breast milk, blood, precum, semen, and vaginal secretions. Protection (like a condom) is very effective. You can definitely learn more about the specifics based on your risk level through this article: https://h-i-v.net/transmission .
It sounds like you are a few weeks out from possible exposure, so you may still be in what is called the 'window period'. The length of window periods can vary based on the test, but HIV tests taken 6 months after a potential exposure are 99.9 percent accurate. .
There are some other tests you could talk over with your doctor that have shorter window periods, depending on what symptoms you are exhibiting. More on antibody tests and others here: https://h-i-v.net/test-types .
There are many reasons for a rash - have you had a chance to talk to a doctor? Please keep us posted on how you are doing. I wish you the best and that there is an easy explanation to your symptoms. We have many people living good, healthy lives with HIV who can support you in getting treatment quickly if you end up with a positive result. .
Please let us know how you're doing. .
