Decades of Living with HIV
I have been living with HIV for 40 years now. Still Undetectable.
I was a nurse during the early stages of the epidemic. I was having unprotected sex. I have outlived so many of my friends and also family members. In the early days told me that I only had months to live. I’m still going pretty strong. Just taking one medication. I don’t know 🤷🏽 why I’m still around. I have seen so many people pass away. I’m 72 years old now. I have aches and pains from getting up in age.
I certainly hope others live a long life. I’m spiritual I do believe that is why I’m still alive. Helping others through this difficult time of our lives. I live for today. Hopefully, putting on smiles and hope for others.♥️
