Is this a valid exposure? Super nervous

Hi I met up with a domestic worker next to my house.

We had a session with no penetrative sex. There was however full on nudity

I kissed her neck, breast and watched her masturb**e herself. I did a handjob on myself.

I'm mostly afraid of her juices running down her when she masturb**ed. I might have kissed the area where the juices were.

As I remembered, after she got herself off, she did not immediately wash her her hand, wiping them on the blankets and comforters which i laid on. She also touched my body etc etc

Before I masturbated, I touched her legs and started masturbating (did not was my hands after touching her legs). This is my current worry as I'm afraid that the place where I touch might have some of her juices/vaginal fluids and be on my dick

To my knowledge she does not sleep around

Exposure was more than 72 hours, thus PEP is no longer valid.

I also have some itchy dry skin and some hangnail. That is also contribute to my anxiety. Please help

  1. Hello, although we are not medical professionals, I personally would not say that this is a valid exposure for HIV. Although I do not know exactly what went on. It does not sound like there was exchange of fluids. When was your last HIV test? - Steven (Team Member)

    1. last HIV test was roughly 2 weeks ago via 4th gen at 40 days. Negative

    2. Just wanted to chime in to say that so much anxiety can build up when you don't know what the symptoms in your body mean. Like Steven said it doesn't sound like an exchange of fluids. HIV is not expected to live outside the body very long or on surfaces. More info on that here: https://h-i-v.net/myths-misconceptions . If you are worried about this encounter, it is always best to get a test. - Liz (Team Member)

  2. Alafia (Peace) You have been provided some really good information regarding myths and misconceptions about HIV. To calm your nerves I suggest you get tested. Khafre (H-I-V.net Team Member)

    1. Alafia (Peace) I am reaching out to ask if you gone to get tested for HIV? We want you to know your status and be able to move forward. Khafre (H-I-V.net Team Member)
