what I mean is for those just diagnosed how Would complete blood Test looks like. Anything to up normal or below normal

Hi . Pretty much every thing I have been able to find on complete blood count discusses the normal ranges and then what derivation from these ranges may mean. This document from New York state titled "Blood Work: A Complete Guide For Monitoring HIV (https://www.health.ny.gov/publications/9689.pdf) seems to be one of the most complete.
